Complete and bilateral facial reconstruction surgery of a patient whose facial bones have been completely damaged due to a heavy accident. In bilateral injuries, the work of reconstruction is very difficult, because it is not possible to compare with the healthy side and use the mirror function. Exclusive prostheses have been designed and manufactured using atlas bilaterally by Danesh Banian Peshgaman Digital Medicine Company. The surgery was performed by Prof. Mohammad Bayat, maxillofacial surgeon and professor of Tehran University of Medical Sciences at Shariati Hospital in Tehran.
