Since the mucociliary clearance system (MCC) plays an important role in the respiratory system. It seems that the common type of MUC5B promoter polymorphism is the strongest risk factor for IPF idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Therefore, in this study, we investigate Ibn Gene in affected and healthy people.
