Men suffer from this cancer 3 times more than women, in general this cancer accounts for 5% of all cancer cases in men and 2% in women. Factors that increase this disease in old age, carcinogenic factors such as smoking, alcohol, tobacco, etc. and their effect on the oral mucosa have been reported. (1) This cancer has a high degree of local invasion and metastasis and causes an increase The death of patients with this cancer. Although the therapeutic advances such as (chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery) have happened in recent decades, unfortunately, the mortality rate of affected patients has not yet decreased. (3,2) Oral squamous cell cancer is a relatively rare cancer that unfortunately has a high mortality (3) Perhaps one of the most important reasons for the increase in the prognosis of cancers has been the change in treatment methods and the achievement of more efficient and better methods, and the lack of change in the prognosis of OSCC indicates the ineffectiveness of changes in the treatment method of this disease. The life of patients is compared to the past. It can be asserted that obtaining the parameters that provide the possibility of predicting the outcome of the treatment is very important, because by having and relying on these parameters, it is possible to predict the outcome before starting the treatment predicted its possibility and thus chose the best among the available options in adopting a treatment strategy It affects and makes it unstable.
