Health Technology Incubator Agreement

 In line with the policies of Tehran University of Medical Sciences aimed at developing a knowledge-based economy, establishing knowledge-based companies, and supporting innovative ideas and technological projects, the University's Vice-Chancellor for Research and Technology has prioritized providing the necessary infrastructure to reduce the risks these companies face in their early stages. One of the most important infrastructures is the establishment of technology incubators. Therefore, by the grace of God, this agreement is drafted to develop the incubators of Tehran University of Medical Sciences as per the resolution of the second meeting of the Health Technology Incubator Council dated August 7, 2018, between the Health Technology Incubator, represented by Dr. Akbar Abdollahi Asl (Director of the Incubator) hereinafter referred to as the First Party, and the Maxillofacial Surgery Research Center, represented by Dr. Naghmeh Bahrami (Director of the Unit) hereinafter referred to as the Second Party.
- Objective
The purpose of this agreement is to initiate the activities of the Maxillofacial Surgery Research Center’s Technology Incubator as an affiliated (satellite) incubator of the Health Technology Incubator.
- Scope of the Agreement
The scope includes collaboration, cooperation, and utilization of the First Party’s incubator license to facilitate the development of the Second Party’s incubator in the following areas:

1.Assisting in attracting and accepting innovators and entrepreneurs, and establishing them within the Second Party’s incubator.
2. Supporting and collaborating in organizing scientific-specialized seminars, educational-promotional workshops, exhibitions, and festivals focused on the activities of the Second Party’s incubator.
