Nowadays, digital personalized medicine helps surgeons to reconstruct fractures in Maxillofacial more precise. Globe malposition in patients with orbital fractures is going to be correct with digital patient specific implant, in some cases, and traditional implant, in other cases, but the big challenge is which approach would be the best for the patient? In the. present research we are going to find the best indication for these two approaches
