Evaluation of Lysozyme C, Involucrin and B ZG16 proteins in oral tumor tissue by proteomics method and then molecular investigation of these markers by Realtime PCR method

Summary of the necessity of project

Implementation Oral cavity cancers often create malignant lesions with a poor prognosis and often cause high mortality and complications due to late diagnosis. Among the tumors of the oral cavity, squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is the most common epithelial tumor that affects the oral cavity. Proteomics analysis introduces not only as a potential approach to investigate the biology of cancers, but also the expression It evaluates the proteins and their functions and the reactions of the proteins. The increase in the expression of ZG16B was first proposed in pancreatic cancer as a growth factor that caused an increase in tumor proliferation and the escape of tumor cells from the immune system. Most hypoxic cells In squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck and cervix express inocrine, which is a molecular marker for differentiation (Chou). Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate three inocrine proteins, lysozyme ZG and 16 C by proteomics method and the expression of related genes in squamous cell cancer of the oral cavity.
