Summary of the necessity of project implementation

Bone grafting is a common method for bone regeneration in alveolar bone defects caused by periodontal pathologies and diseases and after traumatic tooth extraction. The ideal bone graft is autogenous bone used alone or in combination with freeze-dried bone allograft, a human bone graft such as acellular freeze-dried bone allograft for regenerative medicine-sized bone defects. Therefore, in the study of FDBA containing exosome with allograft bone powder, this issue is investigated in critical lesions of rat calvaria.
